The Health Benefits of Mushrooms

Mushrooms are an incredibly healthy food, so I wanted to quickly touch on some of the health benefits of them. The two most commonly grown mushrooms in the world are the agaricus by spores and shiitake mushroom. Shiitake mushrooms are the most common ingredient in traditional Chinese medicine. They've got a whole array of incredible health benefits and modern science has caught up to all of those health benefits too. It's actually fiber is the big macronutrient that we lack in our diets and mushrooms are incredibly high in fiber.
