Do We Ever Overtake the Dead?

If you have 204 million dead and two million alive, there's no way that the living can catch up. The next step is to interpolate for the indigenous population after 1492. So when you put it all together in one big shiny pile, unfortunately, it comes out to 489 million. We don't have the dead pile being smaller than the living pile, but we're really peculiarly close.
