A Dying City Rises From the Ruins

Hong kong was always a kind of, sometimes it was described as a bridge. And so this just became a very, very important transmission point or node. But im i think that the covid am challenges have really put into stark relief the future roll of hong kong because it's largely been shut off from the rest of the world. There's a way in which the coved restrictions have been used to shut down political freedoms and also shut hongkong off from the others. It's had a remarkable ability to keep inventing and re-invent itself but now its time is coming to an end.
