The Court of Appeals for the Church's Fraud Claim in the Shopping Mall Development
District Judge Harvey Korman dissented from part 4.B.1 of the majority opinion. In his view, no reasonable juror could conclude that the church fraudulently misrepresented the source of the money used to finance the shopping mall development.
