The Truth of Suffering

Duca: If you stop trying to filter out the pain, it's a really empowering thing. I think when i was wet, see, how old was in two thousand six, so i would have been 25, i had a vision of universal suffering and hopelessness of existence. In that overlhe course of yer around that experience,. i lost my job, i lost my girl friend. I ended up living in canada. And then  the canadian government threw me out of the country. And i remember staring in the mirror and feeling my breath and realizing that it was really the only thing i had left, and being completely grateful for it.
