Is the Solution Really to Empower the Big Companies?
I'm certainly not denying that there is a ton of misinformation on the net. It's absolutely true. The internet is a cesspool sometimes. But what I would say is, is the solution really to empower these giant corporations or these like faceless bureaucrats in these organizations to decide what is true and what is false? Would it not be better to have a sort of widespread campaign of critical media literacy whereby we give people the tools to make their own decisions?"
