The UL 97 Mutation and Resistance to Antcyclovir?

In December, the FDA approved Maribavir for use in resistant refractory disease. The most common one and some programs for cost savings just sequence UL 97 initially because that's where you'll see the vast majority of resistance genes for antcyclovir. So our patient ends up having a UL 97 mutation. And what do you think on adjusting therapy for this patient? Yeah. I look at the mutation and it's a little tricky to figure out. Although he has a really nice section in the CMB guidelines where he describes a lot of the mutations,. But not necessarily like the level of resistance conveyed. We are really fortunate in that we don't actually have such high rates of
