How to Summarize Corporate Disclosures in Plain English

There has been a movement in the last few years to make these statements, these disclosures easier to read using plain English and even just written documents. The SEC essentially has long been concerned about this issue. So they had this plain English initiative where it was mostly about, yeah, that it should be written in more understandable language.
