How to Write a Crime Book Cover

i did a lot of work looking and identifying some, very specifically, what my closest comps covers looked like. And i actually did something that i know is not advised, but i did my own covers. But i used to working graphic design, so i was comfortable doing that. I think wes with police procedures, because covers tend to be manipulated. Photos i definitely couldn't do a cover if i was doing fantasy or something like that, or any with illustrations. So i don't have to worry about trying to scale a figure against corf castle or ever - which would be very hard. Because the cover of corf castle murders here have a tiny little person standing on the top
