In america, our government loves emergencies. They love to keep you in a perpetual state of emergency for a variety of reasons. It's because the it liked like a drug attic. We've built up a tolerance to insanity. And what that does is really mess up your mind. When you're in that fight or flight mode, you're going to be making short term decisions that will get you out of the immediate danger but might set you up for cat strophe the next day or weeks later.
