The Importance of Sharing Classified Information

CNN's John Sutter says he has had a "boring encounter" with the U.S. military, but it was enough to get him here in this seat. The Pentagon is part of the executive branch of the government; Congress would have to ask the executive to share the information if they came across something. When it comes to these classified briefings, I believe that the classified information more has to do with foreign technology than it does with alien technology.
