On Line Engagement - The First Quarter

This is the first quarter that we've actually seen a drop in on line engagement, drop in te number of people viewing on line services. The last report showed a 30 % decline year over year for imperson attendante. So there's a bit of an improvement, but attendance is still down. But overtime, i do think there something to us a continuing to press in, even in our on line opportunities, to encourage people.
