Tony Fauci can keep part of the patent for his agency he can distribute patents to his loyalists within the agency who he favors and are allowed to get were allowed to own part of the Patent. The university skims off 50 to 75 percent of that so now you have the university that's on the hook right that can be controlled because they're making their money from Fauci's grants.
