Investing in Real Estate - Is That Even Possible?
I was a lawyer and it's by most people's estimation a great, you know, great gig. So I got out of that and then started investing in things that were in alignment with my core business. And when I had the opportunity to invest in a brokerage, I was like, huh, okay, so this really makes sense with what I'm doing. There's a little bit of a lesson in that for sure. For me, I stayed very close to my core competence.
