Prutago comes out of the 19 forty nine housing act. It's just an architectural failureand hear's a building that's being employed because it was bad architecture. Bad architecture is one of the major cided reasons for why prude igo failed. I don't like to try to take prued igo out of the city in which it resides. And i think many of discussions that people have about pruet igotend to do that. They tend to look at prudigo as something that's somehow divorced from the city of saint louis.
