It's probably a couple hours a month on average right if you think about like every quarter we've got this bigger workshop there's some time setting it up but then everything else is done. It just gets embedded and in terms of who holds the responsibility for it it is my firm belief that the leaders should be holding that responsibility so I mean I can give you an example the whole team is incredibly busy.
