The History of the USS Indianapolis

The USS Indianapolis was the flagship of Admiral Spruence's Fifth Fleet during World War II. The grandchildren of Adm. Spruence are in the audience today to talk about their grandfather and his legacy. Author Lynn Vincent and Sarah Vladick, retired Director of Naval History and Heritage Command Sam Cox also appear on this week's podcast.
