Jefferson's War With Spain

In 1802, Spain revokes those rights that they had previously given US traders in New Orleans. This got people pretty upset in the early United States. There was a senator in Pennsylvania named James Ross who lobbied for Jefferson to send an actual army down there of 50,000 men to take this land.
