What Are You Doing at Netflix?

I'm really happy to be here. Beside myself with excitement to talk about some of the stuff that you guys are doing at Netflix. I think we're becoming to some degree a household name in a bunch of other countries as well. And thanks, by the way, for paying my salary. So speaking of salary, what do they pay for Netflix?
