How to Be a Productive Employee

Sometimes you have to ask pointed questions sometimes that seem, would seem really awkward in the office. And here's the thing I've learned about a virtual group of employees: You have to let them feel comfortable to do something that would seem so weird in an office environment. In knowledge work, there is always a lot of that. It's just that we haven't told managers you're responsible for making that happen even if they're remote and you might have to use different skills to pull it off.
