How to Change Your Self Esteem
Your self esteem in life is a function of the conversation you are constantly having with yourself, inside your head. Whatever you're telling yourself and talking to yourself that is dictating your self esteem. In order to change your self esteem, you have to replace the current mental loop, the current thinking that is constantly playing in your head. So here is a really simple exercise for you in order to chan your mental loops. One is affirmations. The other one is to write down your big goals and repeat these goals to yourself over and over and over again. You will stop those old mental loops that are running, and you will install new mental loops.
