How Long Does It Take to Convey a Property?
There's new guidance to make e pcs more accurate. This is the first time in ten years that the way they are calculated have changed. Electric heating now gets you a higher rating, whereas previously it didn't. Average time from sale agreed to completion day takes 100 and 50 days. That's 50 days longer during the same period in 20 19. Most of the clog is around people who are using mortgages.
