What Is a Good Drill?
A good drill might be one that has a very specific point to teach like a very very specific throw yeah so a drill that doesn't try to combine too many things and also well constrained I would say. One of my favorite jose is a super simple drill it almost doesn't seem like a drill actually because it's a hundred throws in three minutes right? So people don't feel like you've told them too many things the drill, there's nothing to argue about or clarify but instead all you've done is set this very simple constraint everybody just goes and executes it over time. Over time everyone just ends up being really good throwers and they can't tell you why and that's great
