If you were interviewing for a job, do you think it would be possible for you to know what that job is going to be like in the day-to-day? I'm going to hazard a guess that your answer is no. Now we can flip this around and ask: What if you were interviewing somebody to work for you? Do you think it wold be possible to know, without actually hiring them, exactly what they would be like,. how much of that was true? And so on.
