The Importance of Bitcoin in My Life
At the tail end of my undergrad degree in 2010, I was doing research with David Mazziere at the computer security lab at Stanford. And that's when we all became aware of the Bitcoin white paper. At the time, there were no there were really many ways of working on it full time. So he joined Google X and worked on a project called Replicant to build an operating system for fleets of robots. He then moved over to Google Brain where he did a little bit more of the same.
