The No of God's Promises

Paul says, I know you hear me saying, yes, I'm going to come see you. And so it looks like my yes is no. He's saying this is also how it sometimes appears with God who says yes, but then it doesn't seem to happen. In Christ is where all of God's yeses reside. Yes, yes. To use the word one more time, yes.
