Flexible Dieting in a Resistance Training Population

There was no research at the time, and i don't think this was the only study looking at flexible dieting in a resistant training population. So our goal here was two things. We wanted to do a diet, so we wanted to compare a flexible diet versus a rigid diet. But lorn also wanted to look what happens when the diet is over. That phase was where the subjects could do whatever they wanted. There was no restriction on what they were allowed to do during that post diet phase.
