Is There a Cookie Sweetheart?

My local Kroger has a program where they have old cookies sitting out on the deli counter. There's a container of yesterday's cookies that is free, you know, for the kids. And I talked to this, uh, this outreach program up to my four-year-old daughter Charlie a lot. But there was no cookie and everyone working at the counter is like 20 feet away from the counter. So I started standing there with like a casual kind of talking to my daughter about, huh, I guess there's no cookie sweetheart.
