As children, we sometimes get the message from our parents that our emotions are not always welcome. And if there are parents or grandparents of whoever raises us, many times, that our feelings are not welcome, we sometimes exile those feelings. So anger is one such exile and i held that in for yearsand notuntil i discovered iophes as a client and also was trained to be a therapis. That's what we're looking for when helping clients process something very painful but being held in a new way.
