How to Connect With Your True Nature as Awareness

meditation will help you to connect with your true nature as awareness. Sit comfortably in a quiet place where you'll not be distracted for the next 10 minutes or so. Start by taking a deep breath in and as you exhale, let go of any tension or stress in your body. Release any thoughts or worries that are on your mind. Now bring your attention to your breath. As you breathe in imagine that you're breathing in pure white light. This light represents yourtrue nature as Awareness. Keep breathing in the white light and exhaling the dark smoke. Allow yourself to sink deeper into a state of relaxation with each breath. Imagine that you are standing at the edge of a vast ocean -
