Do You Have a Social Media Policy?
i would always recommend that any company has a social media policy for any of their staff. You don't want them in uniforms or branding that represents you whilst they are, you know, getting so drunk they're falling over. But there's values in thes irresponsible behavior. I'd always recommend that you, number one, protect yourself. Am that number two is that you hire people that are in alinement with your values and are not going to be weigh out there. And if you don't with other people, whal hay. That's life, and it's ok. We're in service industry. Won't evena like me. Go let someone else s them.
