Amazon Misreads the Pandemic
I think Amazon misread the early part of the pandemic when consumer demand was out of control and they sunk a bunch of money into their retail infrastructure. They really shifted to what you go to Amazon because it's reliable and you get it two days and you just it's your default search. It also led to issues of like other counterfeits, are the things that are unreliable for how much you rely on Amazon. I'm surprised they haven't taken advantage of it more than they have to this point.
