Xi Jinping, China's leader for the last decade, strode into the great hall of the people in Beijing on Sunday. The Communist Party's Congress happens every five years and its purpose is to unveil both China's next leaders and key policy changes. Ed White says that this one is particularly important because Xi will be taking a third term as president.
