Running a 100-Mile Race

The first person across the line was a 55 year old Native American called Victoriano. 30 minutes later, a cousin of his, Seraldo, who I believe was in his 40s, crossed the line as well. Both Victoriano and Seraldo broke the course record. So how does this happen? How can this possibly be? Well, it's based on a tribe that has based their exercise on a completely different level of understanding and fundamentals to our western way of exercising. The tribe is known as the Tara Humara Indians, or in their native language, the Rahramuri, and it basically translates as footrunners.
