The Importance of Following Standard Operating Procedure

The case of Ben Jeman Kyle, a man who claimed to have amnesia. He was in and out of psychiatric hospitals for years before being admitted into a halfway house where he went by the name BK or BK Doe. The hospital staff couldn't figure out what his real identity was so they gave him their own names - which is how he ended up at the halfway house. Now that he's been identified, we're going to look back on this story as part of our "This Is Life with Lisa Ling" series.
