A good leader that wants to keep good staff, you should be taking care of people first. You can't ignore the individual for the sake of data because that ignores who that individual person is. So if 97% of your students are at grade level or have mastery in a certain thing, 3% of them are 100% not there. And those 3% have a very different experience than everybody else.
