The President Is Not Flying a Plane
In the past years, the commanding staff of the regiment had been increasingly confronted with the need to reconcile the operational emissions with the flight crew training. This lead to many deficiencies in the aviation training process. The pressure by the v ip institutions on their flight request being executed and the awareness of the importance of the red giments tasks resulted in taking up the request which the regiment was incapable of handling. That resulted in exceeding the maximum permissible flight hours and flight times by the cruise.
