We have been able to get injunctions in district court, or, in the texas case, in the trial court, in state court. And that is one way to delay some of these things. We cannot expect them to be the ultimate place where we either find our liberation, or we can guarantee a block to very violent encroachments by the state. I don't think there's any reason to expect that civil rights, constitutional rights of trans people, or any g t k people, or anyone for that matter,. except for white, christian, straight people, are going to be protected.
