There's been problems all sides. There's mistakes, no doubt about it. I mean, the school bus incident was absolutely horrible. So certainly there are improvements. But i do think that our participation, in the fact that we are there to enforce our rules of doing these operations a help. That's said, there's a lot of concern about the current humanitarian situation right? You have have the covid crisis hitting the world. You have significant deficiencies in the donations that were promised. We're down to, like, i think, a quarter of what was promised.
