The Nervous System Is Responsible for Collecting Neural Signals for Contractile Function

The nervous system is responsible for gathering information from the periphery and relaying it to more central structures that dictate some of those outgoing neural messages for contraction. There are these, uh a farrant uh h signals, basically, that come back into the the nervous system, particularly during high intensity exercise. The idea is that muscle fibers themselves can still work in that p h, but upstream there are nerves telling the muscle, i know you can work, but maybe don't like some like, central governor hypothesis stuff.
