How to Celebrate Your Gains in Your Professional Life
I did not anticipate the level of impact I would have for one working on pandemic related work. It took me a little bit of time to unpack that it wasn't just like a singular moment. My impact is here, but my mental health was at a different place. Just being able to work on something so tangible and timely was an incredible high. The low though was that at a certain point, and again no disrespect or shaded back the opposite the motorcycle for anyone working in human resources today.
