I Need to Provide Three, Four, Five Times Value as a Manager
Kim: There needs to be a return on the investment of time in the one on one. I like the lot with which i approach those meetings. And if it's a waste of your time, then i am failing as a manager. Cem: Every minute that we spend, i want it to be worth save you more than a minute three times. Is maybe an aggressive goal, but i do think that they're quite valuable.
