The Value of Being a Developer
i think the value i have is that i'm still in the code, so i am able to understand folks problems in terms of actual development. So it allows me to, instead of just being a technical resource that knows things, it's like i'm a coting resource icand specifically pair and help folks with their issues. One of the big projects was our design system, or component library, depending on how you define the term. And i think the key component is that what gets worked on wasn't decided by a p m, ecause i didn't have one, or even my manager. It's like very self driven or team driven.
