Passivity Receptivity: A Metaphysical Way of Being

There are two, you could say metaphysical ways of being as in act, right? Or actual or active or passive. One is through taking initiative, or I would like to say more fundamentally giving and the other is receiving. And if we see receiving as a personal act, I think a whole horizon of beautiful realities opens up to us. So then receptivity is another mode in a way of activity. Because it's not being acted upon in the way that an artist might act upon paint or a canvas. But it's a human person who is fully active.
