Can We Patent Our Software?

In the world of te enterpreneurship, the question is always, can we sell our business? Are we doing something that will cause us to have trouble selling our business? And sorting out all that stuff was a, you know, you had to extrapolate from existing rules and and figure it out. The early ones were written with the idea that they would never be like the things like m i t and b s d. I don't think people understood how important and persvasive those would be.
