The Importance of Communicating Ideas Outside of the Healthcare Industry
Bob Greene: You've managed to do something that very few people have managed to do, which is consistently communicate ideas. That's pretty unusual because you don't really hear those ideas coming from within the industry or those who orbit the industry closely and largely depend on the industry. So talk to me about how you are able to bring these ideas that outside of the healthcare setting, they would not be seen as very radical. And I want to ask you to like save those views, but also like talk about the fact that you're on the HFMA board and you have to be elected to that board.
