Why Did You Move to Baltimore?
Giff: We believe that there's a coordination failure in these cities. There's four levels of improving these cities, we need young people in these cities to invest more in their skills. We need local government invest more in infa structure, in safety and continuing to grain the environment. And we need the real estate sector to get the led out of these older buildings and to rebuild neighborhoods without triggering jugification with all the negative effects associated with that. Giff: What i think we've taught our readers is the importance of understanding the positive role of government and social cohesion to unlock the full potential of free markets.
