Is There a Trade-Off Between Formality and Rigidity?
I think that's such a good lens to kind of break up this default mode, which i see many companies fall into. I mean, have you picked up any of the like tactics from other remote companies in the past year? I mean, there's been a ton about it. Yes, a, we've tried various things. So basely, i really agree that when new technologies come in, it seems like always the first step is replicate the old set up in the new set up. Like how much do you make sure that everything is legible? I thinkis legibility the word here?
