Why I'm Bullish on New York

I think the reason to be bullish on New York is it's a remarkably difficult place to live. If you come here as a young person, the work you have to do to be comfortable is much greater than any other city. There's a reason to think that this will make you do more work or strive harder. The world makes a lot more sense when you're willing to accept that magic is real. I don't believe in a secular understanding of the world.
