Anxiety can get just triggered by like really arbitrary things and that can often maybe add a layer of shame or embarrassment to the person experiencing that anxiety. Just proactively remind your partner that feeling anxious or getting triggered is not a bad thing it's not a silly or absurd thing it's okay and they are loved in that moment. Avoid trying to logic it away for your partner because obviously anxiety is an emotion it's not always logical.
